Contract:

I (the CLIENT) acknowledge that i am purchasing a session package to this specific specific mini session marathon which has an event date selected above.

I understand that I am reserving a spot for a specific time slot.

I understand that the session remainder balance is required on  5/15/2024 regardless of my attendance.

I agree that I will pay the remainder balance in full to reschedule, if i am unable to attend. 

I understand that i must notify ATG prior to my session time slot if i am unable to attend, in order to be eligible to reschedule. 

I understand that if i reschedule, a weekend date may not be available.

I agree that I am entering the shoot set up/ venue on my on accord and agree to follow all safety instructions given by ATG, vendors or the venue.  

I agree that ATG, the vendors, and the venue are not Liable for my own safety or well being, or my personal belongings / or minors while on the way to or from the shoot or while on the venue grounds during the shoot.

I understand that I will need to dress appropriately for the venue and shoot theme. 

I understand that i will need to arrive early to locate the venue, to avoid arriving late. 

I understand that arriving late will impact the amount of time left to shoot. 

I acknowledge that a no call no show to the mini session time slot reserved, will result in no refunds of paid non refundable retainers or transfers of paid amounts being provided. 

I acknowledge that I am required to tag all vendors contributing to the shoot in any way, when posting images from the shoot online.

I agree that I will not attend the shoot if I have been currently diagnosed with or showing any symptoms related to Covid19, or other contagious conditions. 

I agree that as the client, I will participate at their own risk in any and all shooting environments keeping their own, as well as any third party's health, safety, and personal property in mind.
